Practice Test
The homework grades for the Chapter 8 assignment were as follows: Very good ONE pretty good a couple, maybe a couple of more with some coaching on solving equations the step where there but they were a bit off the warmup exercises on Friday will clear up things for these people. not good many the strategy of copying the answers for the odd numbered problems out of the back of the book and filling in the answers to even problems with junk, is not a good strategy and does not demonstrate understanding. Review the problems again the answers in the back of the book should confirm that you are doing things right, and that you should use a similar strategy for the even problems. If you are not getting the problems right, then look at the answers and draw pictures. SHOW YOUR WORK. You will see these problems again soon, so get them right.
